To begin, click the support link in the main navigation menu.
Now, from the dropdown click the service and repair link.
Next, click the schedule service online button.
Now, continue as a guest or sign in/create an account to get access to your appliance’s service history, make changes to service appointments, download manuals, track parts order status and more.
If you choose to create an account you will be able to sign in with your favorite social network. This way you won’t have to remember login credentials.
After registering a new account, or signing in as a guest you will be asked what kind of appliance needs service. Make a selection.
Next, tell GE about your issue and select continue to choose your service date. Your product must have been purchased within the past 12 months to be serviced under warranty. You will need to have your model number and serial number on-hand to move to the next step.
If you cannot locate your model and serial numbers you can still move to the next step.
When you schedule, you will notice a diagnostic fee for the appointment. However, if the repair is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, you won’t be charged for the covered service, parts or labor. The technician that comes to your home will verify the model and serial numbers. The tech will also have to see your invoice from Kaady Appliance to verify your purchase date.
The technician that comes to your home from GE will need to see the invoice you received from Kaady Appliance to verify that you are still under warranty.
Next, schedule a convenient time for the technician to come and service your appliance and click next.
Add your contact information and schedule appointment.
Please check your invoice to verify that you are still within the 12 month period. If you are not then you should expect to pay a $99.95 diagnostic fee. The fee does not include parts and labor. Payment is due at time of service. If the repair is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, there will be no charges for the covered service, parts and labor.
