Installation and Delivery
Charges for installation or delivery services provided by Kaady Appliance are nonrefundable after they have been performed. It is against Kaady Appliance policy to physically alter customer homes in any fashion to install an appliance. There are no refunds for delivery, installation or service fees once our technicians come to your home or business. Fees incurred for installation and delivery services provided by a third-party are not eligible for refund consideration. Installation charges are nonrefundable.
Free Local Delivery When You Spend $500 or greater. To qualify the delivery address must be within 10 miles of the store.
Kaady Appliance offers free local delivery that comes included with your purchase of $500 USD or more. To qualify for Kaady Appliance free delivery you must live within a 10-mile radius of the store, no exceptions. If the first scheduled delivery attempt is unsuccessful for any reason the second delivery attempt will incur a fee of $60 to be paid before the appliance is placed in the home or business of the customer. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery within the extended delivery area, Kaady Appliance reserves the right to charge the customer for a second delivery fee at full price – depending on the extended delivery area or distance in miles from the store location. If the home or business has excessive stairs to climb to get the appliance placed you may be charged a fee per flight of stairs – this fee may be applied at the time of purchase and/or is at the sole discretion of the delivery driver and will not exceed $50 per flight.
Special Order Merchandise and Services
Special order merchandise products are nonrefundable. Installation and delivery fees are nonrefundable.
If within 7 days of pick-up or delivery, you report a performance problem with your merchandise and the problem is subsequently diagnosed as a functional defect by a certified Kaady’s technician and is unable to be repaired within 7 days of the diagnosis, your merchandise will be replaced by Kaady Appliance or refunded. Performance concerns reported after this 7-day period will be addressed per the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty first if applicable.
Used Appliance Warranty
For 90-days from the date of purchase, Kaady Appliance (Kaady Appliances) will cover the cost of in-home repair -both parts and labor to correct the performance deficiencies at no charge to the consumer, or optionally at Kaady’s discretion, exchange a product with similar value, provide loaner, or warranty service may be provided by Kaady Appliance or a third party associated with Kaady’s Appliance. This warranty does not cover commercial use or misuse of any product. All warranties are non-transferable.
This warranty applies only to products put to use in single-family dwellings, and does not apply to products put to use in multi-family housing or commercial applications, or applies only to products put to use in the United States.
The customer is responsible for costs associated with alterations to and/or installations performed by someone other than a Kaady Appliance installation professional, instructions on the proper use, replacement or repair of house fuses or adjustments to house wiring or plumbing, repair or replacement of product light bulbs, air filters or water filters, damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, acts of God, improper installation, installation not in accordance with electrical or plumbing codes, or use of products not approved by Kaady Appliance, food loss due to refrigerator or freezer product failures, and transportation of product to a repair facility. Kaady Appliance assumes no responsibility for loss arising from the installation of appliances. Additionally, Kaady Appliance will not be held liable or responsible for water damage to the home or business due to appliance failure or misuse. We assume no liability nor make any guarantee for any loss, including food, caused by a failed part, or water damage of any kind.
General Terms and Conditions
Measure twice, purchase once. Refunds for purchases that is due to change of heart, or wrong measurement of appliances does not apply, only store credit is allowed. Delivery fees and restocking fees are applied to a given store credit. Refunds for items with functional defects purchased with a credit card are credited to the original card. Refunds for items with functional defects purchased via cash, check, or debit comes in the form of a check from our corporate office mailed within 14 business days of the return date. Refunds on items purchased with store credit, gift card, or gift certificate are refunded as store credit that will remain active for three years. Promotional items must be returned with any additional product offered or the retail value will be deducted from the refund (for functional defects), credit or exchange value. No warranty on water filters, cosmetic parts or non-functional parts, such as but not limited to; glass cooktops, glass, trim, knobs, panels, racks, tanks, tubs, baskets, structural parts, doors, door liners, shelves, etc. All parts installed while under the manufacturer’s warranty or service agreement, carry no warranty after the manufacturer’s warranty or service agreement expires. This limited warranty is only given to the customer hereunder and we will not be liable to any third party for indirect or consequential damages. We do not make any guarantee with respect to any other parts. This warranty applies to labor provided during normal working hours only. Additional charges will apply for other than normal working hours. Buyer hereby warrants that they understand all appliance products ordered or purchased at Kaady Appliance are refurbished, scratch and dent, open box, repaired, or in other “used” condition and Kaady Appliance assumes no liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the appliance or caused by a failed part. Any potential liability shall be limited to the initial purchase price, which will be refunded as store credit or exchanged.
